These are limited terms for using the public Soultware website. They do not create or replace the terms of a client engagement.

The website provides general information about Soultware and possible service categories. It is not a proposal, statement of work, warranty, or promise that a particular service, feature, schedule, price, or result will be available.
Client engagements
The scope, price, payment schedule, ownership and licensing, confidentiality, security responsibilities, hosting, maintenance, support, acceptance, and other commercial terms for paid work must be defined in an applicable written proposal or agreement.
Portfolio and submitted material
Sending an inquiry does not grant Soultware permission to publish a company name, logo, project, or confidential material. Any portfolio permission or treatment of submitted material must be defined separately.
External services and links
The website may link to or load services operated by other providers. Their availability, content, and terms are controlled by those providers rather than by this website notice.
