You grant us permission to use your name and the website we develop for you in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Our fees and payment schedule will be outlined in our proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to pause work on your project if payments are not received on time.
We agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared with us during the course of our work together. This includes business strategies, customer data, and any other sensitive information not publicly available.
Soultware will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of these Terms and fails to cure such breach within 30 days. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
